Loved this little gem Positive: This apartment was in the middle of everything!! Loved that. Steps to the Duomo and a pretty easy walk to the train station, and all tourist spots. Extremely clean and plenty of storage space with chest of drawers and closets. Loved being able to laundry during our stay. Negative: It was advertised with air conditioning but it was taped over so we couldn't use it. Frustrating. And we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels since one roll won't last the week with two people. And having a dish towel would have been helpful.

Not as advertised, cold and dark with no essentials Positive: Location and clean. Negative: This place is not as advertised. It says “loft apartment” yet it is on the first floor surrounded by buildings which makes it very dark and cold. No sunlight at all. The reviews on here are mostly for the other apartments so be careful. There was not a fully equipped kitchen - it only had a few plates, 2 saucepans and a few glasses and that was it. No mugs, not even decent sized spoons yet alone anything else. When I asked if there was a kettle I was told to boil water in a saucepan. The place was really disappointing.

Positive: Central locaton. Great size, roomy and newly renovated.

Positive: La ubicación, excepcional. Apartamento sumamente limpio e impecable. Cama y almohadas nuevas y cómodas. Ropa de cama impecable. Alessandro siempre contestó enseguida. El lavarropas muy bueno, lo mismo que el secador de pelo. A pesar de dar a un patio interior, por la buena disposición de las luces, resultó acogedor y alegre. Negative: El problema fue algo que se soluciona con 150€ a lo sumo, y un poco de control. Lo que nos resultó un problema fue que no hubiese hervidor de agua que estaba previsto, había una cafetera con cápsulas nuevas,pero no había ni una taza, de ningún tamaño. El café con leche y el té, lo tomé en un vaso de vidrio. Sin microondas ni tostador ( no estaban anunciados) hacer el desayuno fue una tortura. Calentar el agua en una cacerola, la leche en una olllita, las tostadas en la sartén! Volver a 40 años atrás. No había espátulas, que compré, ni copas para vino, ni jarra de agua, ni fuentes. En fin es fácilmente solucionable, sólo que no fue una sorpresa grata, considerando que por mi celiaquía, debía realizar todas las comidas en el departamento, por lo que elegí un depto con cocina instalada y horno. De no ser por eso, habría sido 10 puntos.

Emplacement de premier plan Positive: La proximité de l'hyper centre de Florence. L'appartement est très beau et confortable, avec une très grande douche. La literie est confortable. Negative: L'insonorisation extérieure comme intérieure. Il manque quelques petites choses, notamment des tasses pour boire le café.
